Marketplace listings, contractor responses, and supplier quotes are submitted by independent users. HomeKeep AI may moderate content and workflow access, but users remain responsible for reviewing scope, pricing, timelines, permits, licenses, insurance, and final approvals.
Payment collection and release may depend on saved payment methods, payment terms, and third-party processors. Separate payment terms apply when funds are collected or payouts are released.
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, upload unlawful material, or make false representations about projects, coverage, pricing, permits, licensing, insurance, or work completion.
HomeKeep AI does not promise contractor performance, schedule outcomes, permit approval, pricing accuracy, or work quality. Your remedies and obligations with other users depend on your direct agreements, applicable law, and any project-specific documents.
